One of our favorite ways to countdown to Christmas is to use a Santa advent calendar. You can find this one here.
This is one we also really like.
Simply print it out, mount it on cardstock or construction paper, let the kids color it and then glue on cotton balls each night before going to bed. We usually break the cotton balls in half. ~Lena
