General conference happens two times a year for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It takes place in Salt Lake City, Utah on the first weekend in April and the first weekend in October. The talks are so uplifting and motivational and we try to keep the thought flowing year round. You can watch it here: General Conference
To do this, every Sunday my family watches a General Conference talk. We usually eat ice cream while watching the talk, take notes and hi-lite favorite quotes (each person has their own issue of the proceedings), and then each person has a turn to teach us about what they have learned. We have had some of our most profound gospel discussions and learning moments while doing this.
The one problem we have had is keeping track of which talks we have done. This morning I created a document that I can post on the inside of my cupboard to keep track, and I wanted to share it with you as well.

What are some things that you do to bring your family closer to Jesus Christ?
Best wishes!
Deborah
